  • Q1. How do we get Rank in Internacia?
  • Anyone who sign up at the website of Internacia for purchasing, he/she got the rank of Fashion Consultant (FC).
  • Q2. Do we need to pay any charge for getting rank upgraded in internacia?
  • No, you are not required to pay anything for the rank. We gives rank on the basis of shopping you do.
  • Q3. How many ranks are there?
  • There are eight following ranks:
    a) FC (Fashion Consultant)
    b) IBC (Internacia Business Coordinator)
    c) FI (Fashion Influencer)
    d) BD (Business Developer)
    e) BR (Bronze)
    f) TL (Team Leader)
    g) MQ (Marquis of Internacia)
    h) Ambassador (Ambassador of internacia).
  • Q4. What is the use of getting ranks?
  • You will get more discounts with each increasing rank.

Registration

  • Q1. How do we complete registration in internacia?
  • You can get a User Distributor agreement for being a registered sdistributor of the company which you can get by contacting with our headoffice or branch office.
  • Q2. How do we get the address of your branchs?
  • You can simply contact through the customer support number given on the site or through the whatsapp number and ask the location of the branch office in your state.

Product Order

  • Q1. How do I check the status of my order?
  • Please tap on “Track my order” section under Dashboard of App/Website to check your order status.
  • Q2. How are orders placed on Internacia delivered to me?
  • All orders placed on Internacia are dispatched through our delivery partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery and DTDC Etc.
  • Q3. Does Internacia deliver products outside India?
  • No. At this point, Internacia delivers products only within India.
  • Q4. How can I get my order delivered faster?
  • Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
  • Q5. I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?
  • Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

    Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

    You may be required to information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

    The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users

    The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation

    You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

    Failure to provide adequate information about the case.

    Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)

    If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.

    You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post - delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

    You have used the item for which claim was raised.

Product Shipping

  • Q1. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
  • NO, we ship the product to the branch offices of Internacia at your state from where you can collect the product.

Payments

  • Q1. Can we pay cash on delivery?
  • No, cash payments are not accepted only digital modes of payment such as debit card , credit card, net banking are accepted.
  • Q2. Is online payment on delivery option is available?
  • No, you are asked to pay at the time of placing the order.

Order Return & Refund

  • Q1. How do I create a Return Request?
  • You can contact us through mailing, customer support or whatsapp support with your registered ID or registered number with reason.
  • Q2. Do I get the Refund immediately after making return request?
  • No, you have to wait for 24 hours at least till we can process.
  • Q3. Can i claim refund any time after purchase?
  • No, we have already mentioned our 15 days refund policy and no refund will be enteretained after this 15 days period.
